In an attempt for me to keep a record of memories, I have decided to try this whole blogging thing. Not sure how good I am going to be at it but I am going to give it a shot.
Since Lane's grand entrance into the world, my brain is not what it used to be and I have finally come to the realization that it is more than likely gone for good. So....hopefully I can use this blog to keep a record of milestones and events happening at the Scott house!
I can hardly believe that Lane is going to be 4 months old tomorrow...the 4th of July! He is growing like a little weed and amazing us with all his new developments. He is really working on rolling over from back to tummy. Right now he gets stuck about 2/3's of the way through. He just can't figure out that his arm is in the way! I am sure that he will get it soon. He has mastered rolling to his side. The first time he did that was on June 12 at Grannylicious's house. He now rolls to his side almost immediately when you lay him down...whether to play or sleep. Since he started sleeping on his side at night, he is sleeping for longer periods of time! I am so thankful for the longer periods of sleep. A week ago yesterday he slept all night and I woke up at 5:22 and was in a semi-panic since I hadn't heard him all night. He ended up sleeping until 7:30 that morning! It was wonderful. Now if we could just get that to happen on a regular basis!
Well, I better get back to work. I will do my best at this and try to keep it as up-to-date as possible!
